This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your Nesiy order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across India. Domestic orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to select countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and other locations shown at checkout. International delivery typically takes 8-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not able to predict or control these charges — please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at digitalnehayadav19@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local courier office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at digitalnehayadav19@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
